Does Medlife24 provide medical advice?
No. Medlife24 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. For medical questions, consult a qualified healthcare professional or contact a clinic directly.
Clinics
How are clinics verified on Medlife24?
Every clinic must complete a verification process before being listed. This process may include tax records, business registration, and other relevant verification checks.
What does "tax-verified" mean?
Each clinic must be a legally registered business in Turkey's official tax registry. We check this directly through public government records — not through clinic self-declaration.
How often is verification reviewed?
Verification information is reviewed periodically and updated when necessary.
Can clinics pay for better rankings?
Sponsored placements, when available, are always clearly marked. Verification status and patient reviews cannot be purchased.
Why doesn't Medlife24 show every clinic?
Not every clinic meets our verification requirements. Our goal is not to list the most clinics, but to help patients make more informed decisions.
Reviews
Who can leave a review?
Reviews may be subject to verification before publication to help ensure they come from real patients with real treatment experience.
Can clinics remove or edit reviews?
No. Once published, reviews stay in the hands of the patients who wrote them. Clinics can respond to reviews, but cannot edit or remove them.

For appointments, treatment questions, and pricing — contact the clinic directly. Contact details are provided by the clinic on each profile. Medlife24 does not negotiate or broker.
How do I compare clinics?
Use the comparison feature on the Find Clinics page. You can compare up to four clinics side-by-side on doctors, treatments, reviews, and facilities.

Can I request to delete my account or data?
